Enaknya pie susu ini cara pembuatannya simple dan mudah sekali.

Ini resep aslinya :
Kue Lontar

Bahan :
100 gr margarine ( me : 75 gr margarine : 25 gr butter)
150 gr tepung
me: 1 btr telur ambil yang kecil
Isian :
8 kuning telur ( me: 4 kuning telur)
1 Kaleng SKM ( me : 150 gr SKM) === kalau kurang manis bisa ditmbahkan lagi.
1 Kaleng air hangat (me : 200 gr)
1 sdt vanili
Cara pembuatan,
1 Campur semua bahan untuk kulit, cetak dalam loyang pie yang telah di olesi margarine sebelumnya loyangnya.
2. Buat isian dengan mencampur semua bahan,aduk.
3. Masukkan ke adonan isi ke dalam loyang kulit tadi.
4. Panggang ke dalam oven 20 menit dengan suhu 180 dan turunkan suhu ke 160 setelah beberapa menit kemudian selama 10 menit.
Oh ya, untuk kulit itu 1 resep yach, tapi isiannya 2resep, jadi untuk kulit tinggal dikalikan 2 aja.
1 resepnya bisa jadi untuk 10 kulit pie. Enak lagi kalau pie ini disajikan dingin disimpan didalam kulkas sebelumnya....hemmm yummy....:D
